With Chef Luc Jean at the helm, we opened in the summer and served up fresh, quality dishes true to their French inspiration. Favourite menu items like tartes flamées, crêpes, and local fried fish were paired nicely with an incredible view of the Red River.
Three years later, we’ve evolved our menu into a versatile and enjoyable canvas for everyone to enjoy. Our new chef, Chinnie Ramos, works closely with General Manager Arlen Harrison to continuously improve and grow the “brasserie sur la pont” into something wonderful.
